[realprogrammers hosting] Perl 5.8.2 upgrade

Hi folks,

[if you don't use Perl at paulm.com you can ignore this - happy new year!]

A couple of days ago, Perl was upgraded to 5.8.2 from 5.8.0 which means
some custom/CPAN modules may need to be re-installed. I did quite a few
but please let me know if I've missed any. As a side-effect I had to
bump Apache & mod_perl to 1.3.29 from 1.3.27.

The modules I have re-installed (and their dependencies) are,
